Happy Friday! It is pouring down buckets of rain in the Pacific Northwest today – I wouldn’t expect anything less. But all this dampness has me dreaming of the warm Israeli climate right now. Here’s a shot from the remains of Tel Megiddo, a fortress from ancient times that overlooks the Jezreel Valley not too far from Haifa. A post will follow soon with more details about our time exploring the ruins. Wishing you all a great weekend!

Absolutely beautiful! I can commiserate with you, as up here in Vancity we are socked in with fog and murk. Sending warm, wistful breezes your way (or maybe a fireplace or two!) xx
Oddly, we are also suffering from damp and cold in the usual sunny San Antonio. It has been overcast my entire break, which has not really helped with my depression a whole lot. I am curious to find out more about this picture, though!
