It seemed a fitting way to leave off this blog for the weekend and Christmas celebrations to share a photo I took of the city of Bethlehem at night. I remember looking out from the home of our Palestinian hostess and thinking on the night so many years ago when a baby’s soft wail rang out in the world and angelic harmonies announced that Hope had come.
With that, from the bottom of my heart I wish you all a very Merry Christmas filled with warm memories, the joy of loved ones, and the hope this season brings to our hurting world. Peace on earth, good will to all men, for God is with us.
